Sample: Step feeder with optical evaluation and laser

The parts to be tested are poured into the stepper feeder. The stepper feeder transports the specimens to a conveyor belt. On the conveyor belt, the specimens are held once before isolated and at each station by means of stoppers in position. Below the camera, the specimens are dug out and rotated. During the rotation, the samples are checked by the camera for predetermined attributes. The IPC sends a signal according to the classification and position of the specimens to the laser control. The good parts are pushed out into a width-adjustable chute. The bad parts are collected at the end of the conveyor.
